1. Do you ship outside of Canada?

          Yes, we can ship worldwide. Please contact me for a quote on the shipping cost.

2. How do I arrange a portrait to be done?

          You start by providing a number of images to me. They can be sent on Facebook messenger or by my email            below. I require high quality images which show the fur in as much detail as possible and the eyes,       

          particularly must be detailed. The images should be jpg's. 

3. To begin your portrait a 50% deposit must be paid in advance. The balance remaining is to be paid on

          completion. If shipping is required, this will be added onto the balance.

4. Prices for portraits do not include framing. If a frame is requested, I can give you a quote that includes this.

5. I use three different surfaces to draw on:

          Pastelmat - acid-free and pH neutral, which are affixed onto heavyweight 360 gsm stock.

          Suede Matte Board - This board is a high-quality designer suede with a dense, luxurious flock mounted on                 an extra thick bright conservation core. Colors and the soft embossing that creates the look and feel of                      brushed suede are even throughout the matboard and perfectly consistent from run to run.       

          Conservation quality All parts buffered to a pH of 7.5 to 9.5 Easy to cut brite white, extra thick bevel.

          Duralar -  .005” film has a matte translucent drawing surface on two sides. 

          Will not tear, absorb moisture or discolor with age, heat resistant, dimensionally stable, lays flat and is a 

          heat resistant, dimensionally stable, lays flat and is acid free and archival. 

          Please indicate to me at time of booking which surface you are interested in.

6. The pencils I use are artist quality, lightfast and wax based. I use various brands such as Carand'Ache    

          Luminance, Faber Castell Polychromos & Pablos, and Prismacolor.

7. Other mediums I also work in are: Ink, Graphite, Pastel Pencils, Acrylic paint. If you are interested in another     

         medium, please indicate this in your email. Prices vary depending on medium as some are more labor 

          intensive.

10. How much time does a portrait take to be completed?

          This can vary depending on my workload. I will give you an estimate of when I will begin your portrait at the               time of booking. If a portrait is needed by a certain date, please indicate this. Each portrait can take about 8               hours to complete for an 8X10 inch. Larger portraits will of course take much more time.
